North Coast Beer Dinner

Join us for a night of great beer, thoughtfully paired food, and to hang out with the great folks from North Coast Brewery out of Fort Bragg, California. North Coast has been a pioneer in the craft beer movement since 1988. They are perhaps best known for their Russian Imperial Stout, Old Rasputin, but have an equally great pilsner, Scrimshaw, red ale, Red Seal Ale, and many others.

Truffled mixed mushrooms and Vermont Shepard cheese sauce
Paired With: Belgian-style golden ale Pranqster

Third Course

Peppered Rib Eye

Creamy farrotto and slow roasted sweet onions
Paired With:Belgian-style strong ale Brother Thelonious

Fourth Course

House-Made Stout Cheddar "Beer Crisps"

Pickle slaw
Paired With: Old Stock Ale

Stone Levitation Amber Ale

Stone is best known for brewing aggressive, big-character beers, but we love a great sessionable ale as much as anyone. Most beers at the less-weighty end of the spectrum lack flavor and depth as much as they lack high ABVs, but not Stone Levitation Ale! This deep amber brew has a rich maltiness, big hoppy character, citrus overtones, and an impressively modest alcohol content for a beer with so much flavor packed into it.
